Just had a wonderful treatment with Lucy. A Japanese head spa which was both an envigorating and relaxing experience. Never disappointed at this salon which is an amazing place for a pampering with friendly professionals.
When I visited the salon the service was rushed and disorganised. I had my eye brows waxed first. I was rushed in to a chair still wearing my coat and scarf. I was told by the girl doing my treatments that she didn't have time to paint my nails - even though I had booked for that doing. The girl then rushed through a pedicure and hardly spoke to me at all. She painted my toe nails with ordinary polish which had smudged by the time I got home. I had asked for gel polish they stays on for 6 weeks at the time I booked. Terrible service. Very disappointed.
