First time visiting Sands and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were amazing and checked in on me, I had a lovely hand/arm massage and heated towels. I normally go to a hairdressers down the bay and have been a customer there for years. But Sands is excellent and will now be my regular hairdressers ? huge thanks to Tim- so pleased with my hair
