Becki has always been my stylist at Sense and us the consummate professional. She has a great understanding of client needs and understands the needs if the modern clientele. Her customer service skills are brilliant and I have noticed a difference in the salon since she has been in charge, hopefully this may continue under leadership and guidance. The salon has a lot of excellent staff and potential. Just on a note if criticism, please stop putting boxes in the reception area . Take your delivery straight in to your stock room. It looks so unprofessional
