I just want to say that Melissa was amazing this afternoon and made me feel like a million dollars!
She was so friendly and kindly accommodated a walk in cut and blow dry for me which I so appreciated, especially being her last client of the day.
She really understood what my curly hair needed and it seriously made my week!
I'll definitely be back :)
As I am new to Somerset it is not always easy to find a hairdresser you can trust in a new area however following on from several verbal recommendations I booked an appointment At Jane Adams. I had a full head of foil highlights, cut and blow-dry. Both Jane and Cassie (who did my hair) were welcoming, professional and friendly. I soon relaxed after Cassie sat down with me to talk through what I would like done. Cassie took her time and I was delighted with the colour and the cut and my hair being really red, long and very thick is not always easy to manage !!!! I thought the price was reasonable and Jane even treated me to a bacon roll for breakfast. I felt amazing when I left and booked an appointment for a months time for a wash and blow dry as I have friends visiting from Surrey for a weekend so I want to feel that great again. I think a professional wash and blow dry priced at £25 is a great price. Thank you Jane and Cassie and I will see you again soon. Angela B
I recently visited the salon today and was on first impressions seemed nice. However when I had had my hair cut and coloured and expressed that that I had wanted slightly brighter colour from roots I was rudely told ' so are you not happy the then ? ' and this was repeated to me . I was then told just to pay for cut not colour and not to come back again. I found this most rude and unprofessional . I was not rude in any form however they thought it acceptable to speak in this manner . I found the girl who did my hair couldn't not blow dry hair unfortunately my experience was less than pleasant . Very catty environment from half the staff so no I would not reccomend this hairdressers. Give you all the spiel upfront but deliver confusing information. Still at least my dead end are gone £50 later!
