Welcoming, kind,courteous and cheerful from the moment I arrived I was impressed. Emma took her time talking to me,explained as she went along,gave me tips and recommended products,even the coffee was lovely. I left the salon feeling great with a style I knew I could manage .l will recommend you too everyone.
