Just to say that we had a confirmation text for daughters appointments, but when we got there, we weren’t on system. Luckily there was a cancellation and Gemma kindly offered us a slot so we could have their hair cuts. Would have been annoying if we’d travelled from Banwell for nothing. Maybe need to check system is working? Also came for a patch test last Monday as website said open 9-5. Got there and all salon locked up. Drove again from Banwell and had to go back. Can website be updated if not opening? Thanks
