I hate to write a bad review for anyone but I want to advise others to spend their money elsewhere: the stylist was so rough and was really rushing, and I ended up with a wonky cut. She took no care whatsoever and I was cringing the whole way through. She blow-dried my hair with no technique whatsoever and I've never seen my hair look so frizzy! Assuming this was because she was going to straighten it, she then announced she'd finished... despite telling me at the beginning that she'd style it straight. Thinking about it now, it was probably to disguise the fact that she'd cut my hair wonky. I won't be going back. (3 star service for the lovely girl who served me tea and biscuits!)
