After reading so many positive reviews I decided to give it a go. I asked for a mocha balayage, wanted my hair dark and definitely not blonde. As first impression at 7pm when I finished, my hair looked ok although is not the colour I asked for but after less than 2 weeks my hair are much lighter and turning into gold. I was not happy with the outcome at all and most of all with the price I have been charged. £190 including cut. Absolutely exaggerated price especially if the outcome is not what I wanted
