Very dissatisfied with the outcome of my colour! I wanted a clean blonde. Having sat for nearly two and half hours I had to then wait for another 35 minutes until they went to get the toner from another shop! When she eventually washed the toner off instead of a clean blonde the front and right side of my hair was a silvery blue colour and all she said was after a few washes it should be ok and if not to come back in and she would add some more highlights! This is not the service and outcome for the price charged that I would expect. I am extremely disappointed in her flippant attitude of ‘just try washing it a few times’ This certainly does not give me the confidence in returning to the salon and even recommending the salon to others!
