Moved to Shropshire from London a year ago and hadn't really been to a hairdressers. Im mixed heritage so have curly hair. After looking at a few hairdressers in Wellington, I finally popped into see if anyone had the ability to tackle my hair confidently and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who quickly offered me a seat and went to ask the team. Within minutes a lovely stylist popped over and chatted to me asked me what I was looking for and offered me an appointment there and then (as a slot had become available). Well, she did a great job, listened to what I wanted now and in the future and trimmed my hair as discussed. Offered a drink and had a nice massage chair too... what's not to love. Have booked for another appointment and also my daughter too. Thank you Sophie - I look forward to the next cut! Serendipity at its best!
