I recently went for a colour at Deja which turned out ok if a little different to how I’d imagined.
What I’m really annoyed about is the amount I was charged to get my hair dried. I though having a bow dry was a given when you have your hair washed and when asked if I’d like my hair straightened or blow dried with a curl I opted for a curl. There was no discussion about an extra cost and it was only when I was told the high cost of a colour that I checked the receipt I saw that I’d been charged £25 to get my hair dried!!!
I won’t be returning to Deja.
