Thank you for the great tips and for styling my short hair so beautifully. Communication was very easy because you use BSL, with no barriers at all — everything was smooth and comfortable.

My short hair looks completely different now, so fresh and pretty! The price is also very affordable.

Delighted as always with my hair after my appointment with Lauren today. She’s been doing my hair for years and I’ve never been disappointed. All the staff at Luke Ormsby are great and the little touches like making frequent hot drinks and serving with a biscuit are lovely.

I was impressed by the time and thought that Lauren put into, discussing my head shape, hair type etc and persuading me to choose a different cut from that I thought I wanted. She was right! She cut it beautifully too, giving me a simple versatile shape.

I hadn’t been to the Luke Ormsby Hair Salon before but went in on the off chance someone would be able to cut my hair at short notice. Ellie was very helpful and suggested Jane could do it in 15 minutes, so I booked in. I was given a coffee and Jane then gave me the best haircut I have had for five years since I moved to the area. Had colour gloss applied my hair never looked so good and felt so soft not like all those harsh chemicals of hair dye

Lauren was so lovely and warm and completely understood what I wanted. She took her time to tell me what she would do and checked I was completely happy.
She is so friendly it felt like a friend’s house, not a salon. She’s a credit to the salon and I would definitely come in and have her do my colour too.
The lady who washed my hair was also really accommodating and friendly. Thanks so the team..I will defhothwoy be back and will recommend Lauren to anyone!
