As someone who hasn't visited a hair salon in many years, I was quite nervous about my visit. The stylist, Chris, listened carefully to my concerns, and to my requirements. He asked pertinent questions, and talked me through what he was doing. He was very reassuring, and gave me a new, stylish cut that looks good and is easy to maintain.
I was given a very relaxing scalp massage during my hair wash, which I really enjoyed.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
