I only wanted a quick wash and blow dry and had someone so inexperienced that after 40 minutes it was still not done and looking flat! the manager ***** said she'd get someone else to sort out the problem as I had a time deadline but the girl stayed on the phone so I just left - don't go anywhere near this place - terrible service!
