I was bit sad about the service because while doing the hair treatment at first there was a lady who came into me and take me for hair wash after that they kept me for long time later during my blowdry there were many person doing every one was busy for mine to do people kept on changing
So sorry you felt disappointed with the service you recieved, but as you mentioned, it was a very busy Saturday and your request to add a cut and finish to your scheduled M-Plex treatment meant in order to squeeze in the extra service without making your stylist late for her next client, we had no choice but to ask another stylist to help.
We pride ourselves on customer service and our stylists work hard to build relationships with clients, it's just unfortunate on this occassion a couple of stylists had to share your appointment.
