I was put in the safe hands of Lydia for a colour that I've wanted for a long time. She consulted with me about what I was after and what she could do to get the best and closest result. She then took me through the colour chart and thoroughly explained everything before, during and after my appointment. She was also lovely to chat to throughout my lengthy appointment and happily gave me advice on styling my hair and maintenance at home. I'm over the moon with the results I got from Lydia today. I will definitely be back to see her before Christmas!
