Was so saddened this morning when I phoned and spoke to (a lovely kind person) have been attending the Salon since June 2022 and am aware my hair is somewhat of a challenge colourwise. The stylist has attempted to colour my hair (require grey streaks) and a different stylist has corrected the problems. Attended an Advice session on Sunday having not had any colour on my hair since March 2023 so it was my natural shade explained to my stylist what I required and reminded her my hair is difficult, fine we have a new product, fast forward to Tuesday she uses new product disaster have to return to Salon on Wednesday for someone to attempt to correct it - he's not able to. So this morning when I rang him was told he'd refund my colour money and I'd have to find another hairdresser am left with awful hair that will take at least 6 month's to grow out. Personally feel its not my fault as they are unable to colour my hair and perhaps if someone else had taken over I'd still have a hairdresser.
