The service in the shop was very good and the girls were nice, however I asked for a bouncy blow dry and my hair dropped within an hour of it being done. My hair was blow dried basically straight and then curled. As someone who has had a fair few bouncy blow dries I have never had my hair done this way. I had to try and redo my hair in a rush after my appointment as it went completely straight after an hour. Also my hair felt quite damaged and dry since having my hair done a lot of product was in my hair. Was very unhappy with the result.
