We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent visits to our salon. We always strive to ensure our clients leave with their desired hairstyle and we apologize if we were not able to achieve this for you.

We have spoken to your stylist, Mollie, and found out that she did communicate the possibility of trying to achieve a blonde colour with your hair during your initial consultation. However, as hair colouring is a difficult science, and your hair had previous dark colour remaining, the colouring process resulted a lighter brown shade instead of the desired blonde.

We understand the frustration of not getting the desired result after spending time and money at a salon, and we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. We will contact you to arrange for you to come and see us.
