Had a massage and it was amazing, the staff made me feel so relaxed and it was warm and welcoming. I was feeling tight from a workout and she eased all the muscles that was hurting. Thankyou, I will ge back as I was impressed with the service.

My mum and I went to the salon and had a full body massage it was absolutely amazing hannah did both of us this is the second time going and we will be back top marks for Hannah she so kind professional and caring

Booked a Groupon over 2 months ago on the phone. Was told a date within this month of June but it was never verified by them as they said they would send a email or ring back to confirm that booking was make (assume my they had an influx of Groupon bookings) I tried last week to confirm when my booking was, gave my number for a callback to confirm and nothing. I rang today to be told my appointment has already passed and there is no chance of rebooking or even an offer for any other service. Terrible communication and service overall and would definitely never recommend.

Great place very clean and everyone was friendly. Always does a great job on my hair.

Wonderful people

Had a full body massage followed by a much needed hair cut! Both experiences FabUlous very pleased with my hair, I have curly hair, which most hairdressers have a problem with BUT not at Jack's & Buckley, best haircut for ages!! Definately recommend!!

I didn’t notice any change on my hair
I did a keracalm treatment that make the hair more smoother healthier and glowing and fizzy free at least for 3 months
After first shower I notice there is nothing happend
My hair the same
If I put any mask at home I will see more result
I’m disappointed especially I paid for that 165 pound

Appt with Kieran today as usual he took his time and never feel rushed. Had not been for 10 weeks so got my monies worth today.?.thanks Kieran

Had my first haircut and colour today with Tyler. Love the colour and so impressed with the cut . Tyler really involved me when cutting it . Checking length and look at intervals throughout the cut. Will definitely be going back again .

Maiya was lovely and made getting a haircut an enjoyable experience. I didn’t feel like it was a rushed in and out haircut and was asked if the length was ok throughout rather than at the end when it’s too late. A beer would have got full stars ?

Service was wonderful. Best experience inside my first ever beauty salon consisting of a hair cut , a facial, perm and eye brows done . Definitely coming every month to get a haircut and a facial. The facial was relaxing and helped my skin routine and was provided great products from all the team members. Thank you to the team and everyone who helped me achieve my desired look I appreciate you all .

Been using J&B for a few years now. They always do a great job. It's great for men to be able to be pampered as well! Couldn't be happier.

Beautiful salon and atmosphere, loved the recliner on the sinks and foot rest built into the chair. Maiya was very knowledgeable on random questions that I had and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood my hair and how i like to wear it.

I went to have a full head of colour done by Maiya for the second time and I’ll keep coming back! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable and my hair is exactly how I wanted it and I recommend them to anyone I can cause they're always amazing to go to!

The atmosphere was brilliant, all staff really welcoming. I got one of the best skinfades I’ve had in a while. The attention to detail from start to finish was very noticeable compared to other places I’ve been too. Highly recommend!

Had my hair dyed and highlighted, was really pleased with the results. It faded really nicely too. Received a lot of compliments, people kept thinking I had my hair done again when its still from the same visit.

Was really amazing was made to feel very welcome and there was no judgement on the state of my hair (it was very badly neglected and was a frizzy mess) but Ben worked a miracle and it was beautiful and healthy by the time I left ..... Really great place and they do beauty too ?

J&B is brilliant! This was my first visit to the salon. I asked for a dark copper balayage and for my hair to be really shiny/glossy and that’s exactly what I got!! My hair was also cut well. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and professional. My concerns with my hair were listened to and recommendations were made to me to keep my hair as healthy as possible. The prices are great and very transparent. It was clear how hard the staff work and how their priority is to ensure clients are happy with the end result. Overall, this is a lovely place and a nice comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

My stylist Tom was so lovely. Friendly, chatty and his attention to detail was second to none. I was so looked after by him and the rest of the team. A beautiful welcoming salon where nothing is ever too much trouble!!

So kind and professional

I was very excited with the result of my hair in the salon however after getting home, I realised it was much more orange than I liked. Lifting my hair strands up there were pink patches, yellow patches, I noticed some strands of my original colour was missed and I feel a bit let down.

I’ve been coming to JnB now for a couple of years and it is always a pleasure. An appointment based system that is punctual is for starters a big plus over spending hours sat waiting . The service is excellent and the skill of the stylist very obvious . Everything is done with consent and genial discussion and the attention to detail on what is a moderately priced cut is fantastic .

I can’t say enough good things! The stylists were amazing- so friendly and took great care of me from the moment I stepped in to when I left! Maiya listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions and got me the exact colour I envisioned and was so easy to talk to! Really great salon, definitely going to be a regular there!
