I have an appointment virtually every week. Am always greeted in a friendly manner, and made to feel welcome. Georgia usually does my hair and we get on very well. I enjoy our sessions. If I wasn't happy then I could have the option to change stylist or stop going to the salon. As I go so often. I don't need to receive one of these requests every time!
