Excellent as always

I went to Teresa at Opus on Saturday with a need to do something different. Teresa totally understood what I was after and a colour and restyle later (lots of hair on the floor!) I love it!

As always, a great refresh of my roots. Lovely Olaplex treatment, always come away happy with the result. Thank you Courtney.

I have been going to Opus for many years and, inevitably, stylists move on and I am introduced to a new one. It never ceases to amaze me how each time they seemingly instinctively know how I like my hair styled even though they have never met me before! Carla was no different. She expertly cut and blow dried my hair perfectly and I was extremely pleased with the result.

I thought Beau did extremely well doing my foils for her hairdressing apprenticeship. I was very pleased with them and thank you very much.

I’m very pleased with my hair colour. Courtney takes time to ask what I want doing, suggests a couple of alternatives and gets on with the job. She is polite and friendly.

Always a welcome treat having a pampering hair session at Opus, Teresa always listens to your requirements and points you in the right direction for your hair type - had a fantastic head massage by Bo - she really took her time and had a good amount of pressure to relieve the tension in my head. Quality service … you get what you pay for!

I was offered a drink on arrival, which I accepted.
Betsy massaged my head whilst conditioning my hair, which was lovely.
Betsy added some product to my hair to protect it and asked how I would like it styled. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Really good service. It was Xmas eve so busy . There had been a mix up with my booking as I had booked for cut and colour but was down as only cut.
As say was ran off her feet but she still managed to go ahead with my colour for me. Very friendly service and with a smile all the way and was well looked after and coffee provided. Excellent service.
I was advised about rebooking but I said would ring or pop in to rebook when I needed it doing.

Carla assisted Beau and Betsy on their training she was very professional and really encouraged the girls . I am always happy to attend opus for the atmosphere, the lovely girls and the service is always more than better than expected. I really enjoy helping the trainees by being a model for their practice and their training and would always recommend opus to anyone .

Jade is so lovely, chatty, friendly and very helpful, I always enjoy a trip to this salon.

I fully recommend Jade & Charlotte but feel the prices are getting very expensive. I want to support my village business but £34 for a dry cut is too much

I’ve never had a bad Opus cut, with stylists over the years. Charlotte’s my regular; a lovely person, does a great cut and colours beautifully (super natural and easy to maintain).

I absolutely love going to Opus. Most times I have no idea what I want to do with my hair but have absolute confidence in Teresa to work her magic. It always looks amazing. Has such a lovely feel to the salon and everyone in there is so lovely.

Tillie is a credit to Opus. Great customer service she is so friendly, chatty and smiley but very professional in her work and advice given.
