My 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced and we felt at ease and pleased with the result. I was disappointed that there was no cleaning products available to take home as they had run out. I personally would have thought that if you make an appointment to have your ears pierced that there should be some put aside. I would recommend Hays for ear piercing.
