My stylist was very good and cut my hair well but I did have an issue during hair washing process due to the very uncomfortable bowl that I had to lean back into. Not sure if the seat height was wrong or it was the bowl itself but it caused me discomfort at the time and afterwards to a degree. Perhaps some sort of support on the basin would help. Other than that, staff are friendly and my hair was cut well
