Unfortunately last visit was a painfully slow awkward hair cut. Resulting in me feeling very unhappy with outcome and indeed although supposedly being dealt with by a fully qualified stylist another stylist had to come over and finish the job after a 1hr 30 minute hair cut on very very short hair. Sadly unimpressed when previously all I had to say about this salon was exceptionally good things.Manager promised free hair cut and contact to resolve neither ever materialised despite ensuring that they had correct details twice.
