Lyndsay is very knowledgeable and helpful - explained what I could and couldn't achieve. She spent a long time on me! As my hair is mostly quite dark and I have been colouring the grey at home, it will take time to get to the colour I want, but I feel confident that Lyndsay knows the best way to achieve the result.
