Very disappointed with my weekend appointment, so much so it has taken me a few days to even be able to write the review. To be fair my main complaint is not aimed at Rona but there should have been better oversight. The colour I had put in was ok but a bit darker than I had asked for. I am a long term customer and the previous appointment was done just right.. It was the finish which was a complete disaster though. This was not done by Rona but I asked the hairdresser who did finish the colour and dry my hair for ‘gentle waves’ and showed a picture from after my previous visit where my hair had been done just as I like it. This time she did it completely differently and made tight curls. I had assumed she was then going to clap ot scrunch it out to get rid of the hard crunch from the product and make it more natural and less curly but when I said that she said it would simply go ‘big and ugly’. Frankly I came out looking like I had a clown’s wig on. I was too upset to say anything on the day, and just wanted the Earth to swallow me up. I was supposed to be going straight out to see friends afterwards but couldn’t it was just so awful. Very, very disappointed.
