Having had a number of awful haircuts in the last year, after being double-booked for the third - & consequently final time - by my longstanding hairdresser, I needed to find someone who could restore my faith in hairdressers. An online search resulted in finding Regis at Browns’s of York and Karon’s good reviews. The short wait for her next available appointment was worthwhile and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed warmly and promptly and she attentively listened to what I hoped could be done. She showed a professional interest in me as a client, and made helpful suggestions before setting to with the scissors. Her style of cutting gave me every confidence and the result was just what was required. Her tips on how to manage my hair were also very helpful. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
