After a tough couple of weeks and injuring my back yesterday I was ready for some pampering. Karen is always ready with a sympathetic ear and she showed real concern and care today. She knows my very thick, wayward hair very well and soon had it back under control. I nearly cancelled my booking today I was in such pain, but it was well worth the effort to get to the salon and I returned home feeling a lot better. Thanks so much.
