I can't deny that I was slightly nervous about having my first haircut since lockdown but Ebony was so reassuring and followed procedures but still made it relaxed and friendly. I am very pleased with my haircut as always, Ebony listens to what I want and advises appropriately. She always thinks about how I will manage the style myself and constantly checks how it feels and if I am happy. Thank you Ebony.
