I was welcomed outside the salon, my temperature was checked and I answered a few health questions before being welcomed into the salon
There was a stand with hand gel, disposable masks, and disposable gloves provided, I used the hand gel and selected a mask to wear for my appointment then was shown to my bay.
The salon is set up with socially distanced bays - screens and looks safe, light, very clean and attractive.
The staff were very welcoming.
Having tried a longer post covid hair style I’d decided I couldn’t cope with it anymore.
Linzi had cut my hair only 4 weeks before, she was lovely and understanding. She listened to my reservations and on being asked her advice suggested a brilliant new hairstyle which has updated me to 2020, is easy to maintain and looks amazing!
The staff at the salon have a serious commitment to safety measures. They wear PPE all the time, offer PPE to customers at the door, disinfect bays etc between clients and have extended the salon opening times to 12 hour days. They work in 2 teams at half capacity to allow for social distancing measures to be adhered to. They are currently open 7 days a week to ensure all their regular customers receive their post lockdown hair cuts as soon as possible.
Linzi owns the salon and is dedicated to giving their customers the best service and experience. She’s constantly reviewing the safety measures in place and how to improve on those she has taken, whilst maintaining her high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
