Arrived feeling scruffy uncomfortable, out of my comfort zone and wondering why I'd booked the appointment. Left feeling out of this world. My life long disaster hair was tamed and had style and body. I felt welcome, wanted, totally at ease and chilled. Everyone was wonderful, considerate and pampered me as I'd never been pampered before. Shawny and team you are miracle working angels. Can't wait for my next appointment. Jo
