It was my first time with Olivia and only second time to contemporary salon. Olivia was really easy to talk to and really took the time to understand and discuss what I was wanting- in the end I went for a full head of highlights and toner (changing from balayage). I'm usually very anxious about changing hairdressers, especially with colouring, but Olivia was very reassuring and did an amazing job first time, with the result being exactly what I wanted. As well as this, throughout my appointment she was very polite, chatty and also kept checking whether I needed anything and offering drinks, which is really appreciated through a longer appointment! I would highly recommend Olivia and will definitely be returning to her for all my future hair appointments!
