My hairdresser was lovely, polite and confident in what she did.
Enjoyed the 'pamper time' of having my hair washed, cut and blow dried to a great finish.
I was really impressed by the professionalism of the salon, Tara was calm and gentle and ensured it was a nice treatment.
Welcoming and friendly, I was shown where to get ready and looked after throughout. She checked regularly that I was comfortable and we had some really interesting conversations ranging on a variety of subjects.
I loved the facial and therefore have booked another one with her.
Thank you Hayley too for explaining about the lymphatic system and to the girls working on reception who were very friendly too.
Also a mention to the wonderful hair technician teacher who checked me in. (Temporarily forgotten her name I’m sorry!).
Was such a lovely process and was lovely service so thoughtful and gave lots of advice as to what could look better or what shade would suit best for me to achieve the colour I was looking for I felt really well treated during the process and am really pleased with results would definitely go back

This treatment was exceptional. The college students are wonderful and are so pleased to have clients to practice on. Their tutor, Louise is such a good teacher for all of the therapists. Louise guides them and really wants them to do well so they can carry on into the outside world of beauty. I had the pleasure of attending to have full head foils with Lilly Anne. From arrival to departure she was chatty, polite, engaging and so gentle. The end result is fantastic and I am over the moon! The best part of the whole experience was the head message which left me dozing!
The atmosphere of the salon is great, young girls engaging with clients or each other and a general buzz in the room!

I have always thought Trainees need people to practise on in all careers more or less. Today's apt was relaxed and Kim kept me informed of each stage and had the right amount of chattynees, not too much or little, just right.
I must remember to use the salon in the future. Now ive been once. But hat of to Kim, she rocks.

I was taken by the competency of this student who only began training in September, I now have lovely Layers and no dead ends of course. Made all the difference to my confidence, I would be delighted to return in the future 👍
I felt like I had pampered hair after all the care and attention it got colouring it to hide the grey. The team helped me choose a lovely colour and made sure it looks lovely. So sleek and shiny and a colour that suits me. They did offer me a drink but I declined, however it was nice having the full salon experience
