Was amazed that you came to my rescue.Was disappointed with the result as my hair looked unusually flat on top with no body. I thought Eileen had cut it too short. Having re-done it myself, the cut is brilliant; think Lauren needs to perfect blow drying short hair, using a product. This salon many years ago introduced me to “bed head” which I still use.. I feel a tad aggrieved at the cost; think I paid Eileen’s rate when a newly qualified trainee did the blow dry. Nevertheless was grateful
