Laura was amazing from start to Finnish she listened to what I wanted and put me at ease even though I had a lot of hair cut off, returned today to have my hair coloured as I hadn’t had a patch test previously she remembered what we had discussed previously 2 weeks prior and I was not disappointed with the results, thanks Laura
