Lovely salon in Liverpool. Amy did a lovely upstyle, had me in and out in half an hour, and made sure I was happy. Very welcoming with drinks offered…. highly recommend

Been coming here a while now and its alway an excellent experience. All the staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had a wash, cut, and style with Tammy and she was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every step and made sure my haircut was exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and friendly, and the final result was incredible, just perfect.

I had a wonderful balayage done by Yasmin - my hair looks great and Yasmin really understood exactly what I was looking for. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, is very clean and everyone is very professional.

It was my first visit to the salon, I felt very welcome and was offered a drink straight away. I didn't have to wait, was shampooed immediately and then my hair was cut by Amy. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back

I tried this Salon fron the first time and was not disappointed. My original stylist was poorly so Phil, the Owner, took care of me.
He completely understood what I wanted and spent a long time getting it just right. I have short fine hair and not all sylists are skilled in this area. There's a nice atmosphere and all the staff are friendly. Considering the location the price was great. I may have found my forever salon ☺️

Visited the salon yesterday and hadn’t been to a salon to get my hair styled for long time but instantly felt at ease soon I sat in the chair. Yasmin was amazing, took the time to listen to what I wanted, let me show her pictures for ideas for how I wanted to brighten my natural hair colour. Yasmin talked me through everything, took real care and I absolutely LOVE my hair! The salon had such a nice atmosphere and I was very well looked after. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you so much Yasmin! 😃

I've been visiting Dot hair for a few years now it's such a great salon. Great vibe relaxed & friendly. Amy has been doing my hair since she start & she has transformed it from a bad incident I has with another hairdresser a few years ago. The colour she does for me is amazing & she knows what will suit you & has given me my hair confidence back ☺️ highly recommended & I wouldn't go anywhere else now 🥰

I Always leave the salon feeling amazing. Obsessed every time. Becky always knows what hair suits me and I always leave the salon feeling like a little model. All the staff are so warm and friendly and always give the best advice and compliments. Everyone helps each other out, from the hairdressers, owner Phil and to the girls that are working alongside college at the same time. They are all so passionate about their job and it shows. Thank you to all the staff and Becky who always makes me feel amazing and Blossom for always helping Becky and being so kind. I always count the days till my next visit.

I haven't fully felt myself for a long time, came out of depression not so long ago, and getting a new haircut was exactly what I needed. Thanks so much for helping me feeling me again.

Bekki is such an amazing hairdresser - never been as happy with my hair as I am since I found her 2 years ago! She does the best job and is the most lovely person ever.

With this being the first time in a long time since I’d been to a hair dressers, I went in with high hopes that someone would appreciate that I would have chosen them to do my hair, however, soon as I sat in the chair, there was no introduction, no in depth conversation on how I want my hair only a “what are we doing?” feeling a little on edge already about having my hair cut, I struggled to get my words out on what I actually wanted, when asking for recommendations on what would suit me more (because I have no idea myself on what is best for my hair - thinking a professional would) all I got back was “it’s your hair”, this didn’t help much with my anxiety either so again still struggling, there was no conversation throughout the whole process, the hair dryer wire was whipped in my face a good few times, and I left with an amazing hair cut and blow dry, but a little anxious on why I was being treated like this.

I've been to Dot twice now, both times to see Danni. The atmosphere is always kind and buzzing and everyone is welcoming. On my first visit, I wanted a classy French bob, and having shown a specific photo to a few other hairdressers, Danni was the only one that nailed it. I loved it. Second time, I went with a picture of what we described as a 'made-up' haircut, with a million different things happening, from different lengths to layers and once again I left beaming and feeling a million dollars. In short, Danni is a goddess and I'm so glad I found her! xx

I was visiting Liverpool for a hen do and booked in for a blow dry with Yasmin. My blow dry was really nice and it lasted me the whole weekend. I would defo return if back in Liverpool.

Yasmin did a brilliant job of blow drying my hair. Not many hairdressers manage to curl it with just a brush (they use curlers/straighteners) but Yasmin did and it is still intact the next day. Can’t recommend her highly enough

Yasmin was really lovely, made me feel comfortable, listened to and not rushed at all. I came in feeling fed up with my hair and self, to walk out feeling pamper and upbeat.

I never felt unwelcomed at any point. I was offered drinks and was treated very well during my hair appointment. I was asked many questions about how I wanted my hair which I appreciate. I asked for a certain layered haircut and Yasmin absolutely delivered! I’m in awe! I couldn’t stop smiling after I left, I never felt prettier, thank you so much Yasmin.

I really enjoyed my visit to Dot today the staff were friendly and welcoming and Danni suggested a really nice style for my hair. Very happy, will visit again when I am back in Liverpool.

I though Tomas was just excellent. Extremely friendly and easy to chat to. He took time to listed to what I liked and didn't like and didn't rush me at all. He then also completed a fantastic haircut and I'm thrilled.

Today was my 5th visit to Dot. I have had my hair done (cut and colour) by both Phil and Bekki, and every single time, the experience has exceeded my expectations. In the past, with other salons, I’ve found it to be sensory overload, which at times could leave me quite anxious. From the minute you walk into Dot, there is such a calm, relaxing vibe. 10/10 every time - thank you!
