Ryan usually does my hair in the way that I want and he also offers good advice about when I should have a treatment or not.
I have natural grey hair now which is being well looked after. No need to colour as hair is uniform.

I always love getting my hair done from Lauren , but today was not a very good day, for a much awaited occasion, I wanted to colour my hair with something like cherry cola and after a lot of reference images and discussion, it turned out nothing like how I wanted it to be , I really can’t tell what went wrong but you can’t even tell I have colour on my hair , although I love the salon and have had amazing experiences before , today was a let down , I really regret paying for it , cause I didn’t wanna be rude, I cried the moment I got home. I don’t even wanna do fixing up cause I can’t trust that it will be fine the second time

I have been going to the salon for a number of years and all the stylists are always so nice and friendly. Today as well as my usual weekly wash and blow, I wanted advice on extensions. The very knowledgeable team explained options available and were very helpful. The salon is also always clean and I cannot recommend Bottega highly enough.

I’ve been coming to this salon a few months now for haircut and do have my grey roots done, I decided to take the plunge and have a few highlights, I wanted really fine as my hair is course , it’s been a disaster, I have big blocks of colour around my ears and heavy sections in my fringe, I’m gutted, I had to go out and get a box dye to take the colour down, my hair does not feel good.

Michalina did an amazing job with a full head of highlights and the colour of my hair. I got my hair styled the day before my 21st and it was perfect, the curls lasted the day of my birthday which couldn’t have made me happier!

I cannot recommend Bottega Hair highly enough, in particular Lyndsay. After a devastating colour disaster at a different salon left me nervous, fragile, and genuinely distressed, I found Lyndsay based on glowing reviews. She is truly a hair colourist and therapist wrapped into one.

From the moment I sat down, Lyndsay put me completely at ease. She performed a superb and thorough consultation, talking me through every single option available, including transparent costings for each. She quickly understood that I didn't just want a quick, semi-permanent dye to mask the mistake; she knew what I had originally wanted.

The transformation was absolutely amazing. Lyndsay not only fixed every single issue from the previous salon's work, but she also improved the colour and achieved the exact look I was after. She was so dedicated to the result that she spent much longer than we had originally booked for.

Her skill and commitment are unparalleled, the rest of the salon team are friendly and warm, and the salon is clean, well stocked and equipped. I am based in London, and I will now happily be travelling to Liverpool every 12 weeks for Lyndsay to work her magic.

My stylist was absolutely amazing! She was super sweet and very experienced. I loved the scalp massage she gave me. She listened about what I wanted and gave me a few great tips. I am a student so I don't get my hair done often, but I will be back!

The salon is really good and very clean and tidy. Everyperson is really sweet and always nice. The lady who did my hair cut was really professional and perfectionist with care.

I was in Liverpool yesterday for just six hours, and in desperate need of a transformation. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Robyn, I asked if there was any availability for me to have a cut and blow dry, and luckily for me there was! Robyn is amazing, and I will from now on be visiting on a regular basis.
