Polly has worked her magic again. I am so pleased that she recommended Neal Wolf Hair products to me. I can use them at home and feel as though I have just left the salon. Polly is so skillful and knowledgeable. She is truly a valuable asset to Regis. Amazing Customer Service even though she was washing hair, colouring hair on one customer and carrying out a my wash cut and blow at the same time. The other lovely hair stylist was doing the same. They were also answering the phone, operating the till and brushing the floor. So busy but unflustered and totally professional. I though it a bit unusual that Regis doesn't employ a Junior to assist their Stylists. Well done to your hard working staff.
