I don't understand people who just trust anyone with their hair. I've been with Browns and Lottie for a few years now - Lottie never ever fails to take my state of a hairdo and transform it! Also really lovely and easy conversations, it's just an absolute pleasure going for a mop chop at Browns. All the staff are totally lovely, they are a credit to the Browns organisation.
