I wanted to achieve a more brown hair colour to my hair which is a light auburn colour. I made clear to the hair dresser on many occasions I definitely do not want my hair darker than it is, I just wanted more light brown to my hair. The hair dresser said this was fine and showed me a colour I liked. I asked if it would come out in this colour on my hair and the hair dresser assured me it would. However, over £65 later my hair is near enough black!! So upset with my experience and left with a colour I hate. The atmosphere was silent and awkward! Not even any music on in the saloon to break the silence! Awful experience and won’t be returning
