My first visit to Urban Studio today.Ben was so lovely and friendly, he knew just how I wanted my hair and he delivered 😀my hair looks gorgeous I just love it.His shampooing was amazing too. This place is lacking in atmosphere, staff and customer service.
Having tried this hairdressers on several occasions, I have had the worst haircuts of my life on at least one occasion, and on another occasion, the haircut was dire to say the least. Both occasions were with different hair stylists, and neither were the stylist I had booked in to see.
Yes, that’s right, you can turn up, only to find out that you’ve been allocated to a stylist different to that who you originally booked in with, and in the case of Urban Studio, you’re bound to be disappointed with the end result.
The one decent stylist this hairdressers had, no longer works at the establishment, and one hardly has to wonder why she’d leave. Quality hairdressers would not wish to remain in such a mediocre business.
The best advice I can give to you when seeking a decent hair cut, is to avoid Urban Studio, I do.
I have been to several hairdressers in the louth area over the years, I normally walk in with a photo/ picture and normally go home and the first thing my hubby says is "looks nice sweetie but nothing like the picture" since coming to Urban Studios his comment said it all "your hair looks great, I see my Donna back" I just want to Thank Tracey and everyone at Urban Studios they are fabulous, I feel special from the moment I walk in, and walk out feeling like a princess. LOVE MY HAIR, THANKS FOR BRINGING BACK MY FAITH HAIRDRESSER.
