I had a Clear and Clarifying Facial and it was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep.
It is always wonderful to have someone pamper your skin and Leanne did an excellent job as usual.
My face felt amazing afterwards and I really must have another one soon as my skin benefits from them so very much.

I mistakenly arrived 3 hours late for my appointment but I was still accommodated with a divine coffee & Jammy Dodgers to boot!
It was my first appointment with Beatrice. She absolutely nailed what I wanted with the colour, the cut...even down to how I like it blow dried. I felt heard. I will definitely be back

A lovely, professional experience. Not sure of the therapists name but she was very welcoming, chatty and made sure that I was happy with my treatment.
Very disappointed and am questioning weather to return in the future.. hot tub was too cold i had to get out warm up.. the shower also were cold with no adequate products ie no shower gel or shampoo .Also the staff member was so rude and confrontational when we addressed our issues .It wasn't dealt with in a professional manner.. I have visit the on many occasions and always have an amazing experience this time it was a totally different experience
Left loving my hair! And even managed to squeeze me in for gel toe nails whilst the colour cured. The only thing I’d change is maybe get a Nespresso coffee machine. 🤓
