Excited and a little nervous as I approached the salon after a four month break between haircuts, due to the lockdown. The whole salon was very calm, completely in control of the environment, enabling you to feel safe. I was provided with a prepacked kit of mask, gown and towel. Cutting equipment is sterilised in a special machine, adding extra security, all areas cleaned after each client. Therefore the whole experience was calming and I felt amazing when I left. A shame about the price increase, would be difficult to budget for those who have not been lucky enough to work through lockdown as I have. Excellent service and quality of haircut as always from Sarah.

It has been very difficult times for all small businesses indeed, many have had to close their doors after years of trading, the thought of that is heartbreaking for all involved and the redundancies their employees Are facing at this time must be crippling financially. With regards to your disappointment on our price increase to keep our staff employed and our business viable after almost 4 months of forced closure I can only apologise, I assure you this was a necessary measure to enable our doors to remain open and our staff able to pay their bills and enjoy the benefits of employment. I can see that you were charged for a Cut and Blow Dry with Sarah, after 4 months many salons would have charged a restyle price, so I hope you can see we have not taken advantage of your situation.
