I visited Bliss Loughborough today for a cut and blow dry, Emilie was my stylist and she was absolutely brilliant! She took time analysing my hair, talked through what I wanted and what she could do, she was so lovely and helpful and offered great advice for the hair cut and after care. I am so so happy with my hair, Emilie did an amazing job!! All the team in the salon were also lovely and created a really nice atmosphere, I highly recommend this salon and Emilie!!

This was my first time at Sister Bliss, I've been going to the town centre salon for 13 years so have been a loyal customer as the staff always make you feel comfortable and listen to you, they also provide great advice if you need it. Emilie did a great job on my cut and blowdry today exactly what I wanted and also some recommendations based off of my needs and wants for my hair and has given me the confidence to come back for a colour in a few months!

I came with my daughter to get her calico hair colour refreshed. The senior stylist bleached the roots and told the junior stylist how and where to apply the colours. She did not actually come and check, just verbally confirmed from the other side of the salon. As a result the blond was put over previously copper hair and is now pale pink and the copper strands at the front were coloured dark brown. It took 4 and half hours, and we both agree that we wont be coming back to Bliss. Disappointed

Abbey Lee is a genius.
She listens to what I want and works with me to achieve the most amazing colour results every time. She never says no, but guides me to what is possible. She said she couldn’t do iridescent, but this is pretty close, and I absolutely love it. In one day I have had 10 comments on how good it looks. Ellie, Abbey and me, what a team♥️
Everyone is always so friendly and supportive. They are kind but will tell you if something is not right. With a plentiful supply of drinks, lovely, talented staff , a great atmosphere, this salon has it all.

I will admit I was pretty nervous and intimidated when I went to the salon. I met Emilie and she put me at ease. The staff are very friendly, nothings too much trouble.

Hair is two different lengths on one side and was still wet underneath when I left the salon.

Not really on to be charging nearly £70 for less than an hour in the chair (I did get a slight discount late deal but not the point).

Used this salon for years and years but it’s gone downhill and I won’t be going back

Sarah and her girls were most helpful, kind and good fun! Although I think the cost is quite high I was well advised on what colour to put on my hair.

Emilie always discusses what I would like, checks on the colour, confirms how much I want off and checks at the end that that is what I wanted. Usually the same as my previous visit but she always asks and discusses how I got on after my last cut. Very thorough and very happy with my hair.

The ladies (& gentleman/s) are all 'brilliant' They treat one like a star, with courtesy & respect. Everything is done with care, precision, expertise, and kindness. The salon is pleasant and immaculate.
Overall experience is great and well worth regular visits 😊

I’m always so happy with my visits here. The service is consistently excellent – the staff are friendly, polite and helpful, and the whole experience feels welcoming. My hairdresser always takes the time to really listen to what I want, offers great advice, and delivers a fantastic cut every time. I leave feeling confident and really pleased with my hair. I had my appointment this morning for a cut and blow dry. I really wanted a colour but I booked the appointment the day before and there wasn’t a lot of time to do it. Once I saw Liz I explained this and asked if there is any chance she could slip this in and for me still to still be finished by the time of my meal work friends. She sorted this out for me which was great.

I love my cut and colour, thank you all that jumped in to help me get this done today.

I have been with Liz for around 20 years since she was still training at Bliss and stayed with her ever since as she is so good and what she does and her ability to handle me!! Thank you Liz x

Absolutely superb! I have never visited the salon before and was in town to host a 2 day conference. I needed a quick style change for one of the days. So as a first time customer I was super-impressed. Salon is gorgeous, Emilie and the team's customer service was top notch! Thanks for making me feel very welcome!

I have been to hundreds of different salons over the years and the problem has been consistency. It's been good one month and then not so good next time. Sarah Lou manages to achieve a good cut which maintains its shape as the hair grows every time. I have no need to style it apart from a little bit of product for texture now and again.
The colouring is also spot on and I received numerous compliments.

Really pleasant experience. Friendly and open to experimenting on my hair :)

A most relaxing time while being pampered by the lovely girls who did my hair! Felt so relaxed I fell asleep twice!!!!

I had a cut and blow dry with Olivia and it was perfect. She checked in the whole time to ensure I was happy with the length and even styled it perfectly for me at the end. Couldn’t recommend this salon or Olivia enough!

The staff and service are amazing and I couldn't recommend this salon more. My first time getting coloured hair went perfectly as they were so helpful and nice throughout the experience. I finally got the bright green hair I've been waiting for!
