I had my first ever trip to The Beauty Box yesterday (7/7/23) for the brow lamination with Shannon. She made me feel at ease instantly and talked me through each step of the process (as I hadn't had it done before). Shannon was extremely friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my visit to the salon. I am so happy with the results and it has already made me feel so much more confident!
