TONI&GUY Preston

Never again.Dreadful!
2.0

mature female booked a colour correction had stripped off a colour 2wks ago. Took several pics of what I was looking for Colourist showed me an ashy brown which she said would blend lower levels into bright ashy blonde on top but that it would be a gradual blend with no line between the dramatically different tones . I trusted what sh said as I had a pic of similar effect so trusted she knew exactly how to achieve it.my hair was very short maybe 2-4 inches so it was going to be tricky j thought. I was left sitting with foils for about 40minutes and the lower colour cooking away. Then it was rinsed off and it did look dramatic! Almost polar white with what seems like a dark brown I did tell her that a dark blonde had previously turned up mid to dark brown be careful Then to cut a painful story short.i look like a Brazilian footballer! A bright white pot head with a jagged badly cut line between the white and the dark! At first as I had not got my specs on I saw the bright white and loved it, only when I looked properly at home in my hairdressing mirrors did I discover the dreadful cut! Why cut such a head after colouring anyway?Any graduation would be and actually was-chopped off And where was the gradual blend from dark to lignt I've washed it twice j. 24 hours trying to get it to settle but cutter has left me literally less than half an inch in Places and she could not have checked the symmetry as each side is different Luckily for me I have been able to check through and somewhat correct the lazy errors but at just short of £200 I blooming well shouldn't have to. Needless to say this is the first and last time i venture into the world of overpriced salons. I suppose I should have told them at the time but to be honest I did not actually see very clearly what had been done at the back,
