JJ does my hair and is always very pleasant and accommodating.
Unfortunately yesterday my experience in the Salon was extremely disappointing due to a very ignorant member of staff, named in this review. She definitely needs much more training on customer service as a starting point. Her attitude is almost as is she gets to pick and choose who she wants to speak to.
The stylists were short staffed and run off their feet, hence the salon was very untidy, yet she just stood there - completely oblivious, with a miserable face.
It's all about hospitality and social skills!
... not to forget teamwork. She has a lot to learn.

I appreciate your feedback, and thank you for your review. It is so important to learn from our experiences and improve on them. You make very valid points, the salon at the point of arrival was busy, and our hair apprentice was just on her break having some lunch, our beauty apprentice was on hand to help in this transition. I do profusely apologise for this particular instance and would like to speak to you on a one to one basis over the phone perhaps? I do really want to make up for this appointment you had on Saturday.
