I had oplex hair treatment yo my damaged hair. My hair felt 10x better. I was do nervous about getting my hair cut so i chickened out. The lady was so understanding and did not pressure me to have the cut. Even though it really needs it. I also had my hair plaited and curled for my day/night out and I felt so nice. Can't wait for my next appointment. I will pluck up the courage to have the trim next time x

Lydia is a fabulous hairstylist. Always goes the extra mile and is very funny too. Would highly recommend.

Lauren does a great job , I have low growing hair due to eye surgery , she always does a great job , and makes them just perfect ❤️

The salon worked hard to accommodate me having nails and hair done at the same time.. I felt truly pampered and both Sarah and Liv were amazing. Hair colour is spot on as always and I LOVE the new nail colours! Can highly recommend this salon. 100% a great experience.

I can’t recommend Sarah at Louisa John enough! I came for a scalp, neck, shoulder and back massage and it was just what I needed to help and get me to relax as a new mum. She checked regarding previous operations and illnesses to make sure I was comfortable and offered alterations and extra towels for support if needed, and gave extra attention to my shoulders as they were particularly bad after my little girl had caused me stiffness from contact napping for 3+ months! The whole room was calming and the massage was extremely relaxing.

I really look forward to Liv cutting my hair. She does this every 5 weeks for me. Just a little trim. Most of all I love my head massage when she washes my hair. It feels so amazing! She always asks me what I’ve been up to. My hair feels beautiful every time. From Libby, aged 10 ( own words!).

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to see Lyndsey today at Louisa Johns salon . A lovely relaxing hair wash and hair treatment , followed by a super cut and blow dry . I’m delighted with the results . Lyndsey was really friendly and taught me how to style my own hair correctly. I’m looking forward to my next visit . Highly recommended.

Maddie tinted and shaped my eyebrows for me. She was friendly, caring and professional, advising me and ensuring my eyebrows were how I wanted them.

I came to this salon after I had been let down by another hairdresser who didn’t turn up! They were so helpful and friendly and did everything they could to try and fit me in with it being so last minute! Did a marvellous job! Would definitely recommend!

Lynsey who washed, cut and styled my hair is a really lovely lady. She is a true professional and listens to my wants and desires regarding my hair. She readily discusses and responds to my queries regarding my hair and ensures that I am happy with my cut and finish.

Everyday's a bad hair day . . . until I get myself to Louisa John's 😁.Go in feeling old, with wild, thinning, frizzy hair. Helen T listens, and calmly gets to with her scissors and turns me out with a stylish cut. Have total confidence in Helen T and Jess handling my difficult to manage hair. Great salon, friendly team, would recommend. Thank you Helen, impressed again yesterday.
