Due to various circumstances hadn’t had a haircut in ages and wasn’t expecting to get in this close to Xmas so booked a quick cut, what a friendly place this is and superb wash and cut, very happy!

I have been going to Louisa John for a year now, absolutely love the service. Lydia has been fab, she knows I like to change things up and I am always happy with the results. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.

Jess always does a great job when cutting my hair.
I have had quite a few people passing comments on the cut. When coming out of m&s a few weeks ago a lady tapped me on the shoulder and said the cut on your hair is lovely.

I had oplex hair treatment yo my damaged hair. My hair felt 10x better. I was do nervous about getting my hair cut so i chickened out. The lady was so understanding and did not pressure me to have the cut. Even though it really needs it. I also had my hair plaited and curled for my day/night out and I felt so nice. Can't wait for my next appointment. I will pluck up the courage to have the trim next time x

The salon worked hard to accommodate me having nails and hair done at the same time.. I felt truly pampered and both Sarah and Liv were amazing. Hair colour is spot on as always and I LOVE the new nail colours! Can highly recommend this salon. 100% a great experience.

I can’t recommend Sarah at Louisa John enough! I came for a scalp, neck, shoulder and back massage and it was just what I needed to help and get me to relax as a new mum. She checked regarding previous operations and illnesses to make sure I was comfortable and offered alterations and extra towels for support if needed, and gave extra attention to my shoulders as they were particularly bad after my little girl had caused me stiffness from contact napping for 3+ months! The whole room was calming and the massage was extremely relaxing.

I really look forward to Liv cutting my hair. She does this every 5 weeks for me. Just a little trim. Most of all I love my head massage when she washes my hair. It feels so amazing! She always asks me what I’ve been up to. My hair feels beautiful every time. From Libby, aged 10 ( own words!).

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to see Lyndsey today at Louisa Johns salon . A lovely relaxing hair wash and hair treatment , followed by a super cut and blow dry . I’m delighted with the results . Lyndsey was really friendly and taught me how to style my own hair correctly. I’m looking forward to my next visit . Highly recommended.
