I was really nervous about changing the colour of my hair, having been blonde for over 30 years. Emma listened to my concerns and the look I wanted. I love how the colour has turned out, a drastic change to brown, but so many compliments today and I love the shade. Thanks Emma

My visit to LouisaJohn on the hottest day of the year was quite an experience but the girls were amazing. I had my thick hair washed in cold water which was so refreshing. The girls shared the jobs & helped each other out which was lovely to see. I was so thrilled to have Emma back & she has given me a super cut & blow dry & the best bit for me….having my hair thinned out. Emma knows just how much to take out!
