Recently moved to the area and needed a new hairdresser. The whole experience wasn't great. Made an appointment over the phone, and felt I was an inconvenience. Things didn't get better. Walked in to the salon on time, to be completely ignored while two staff members finished their conversation. Then felt my whole appointment was rushed. A very uncomfortable feeling.
